Nice to meet you!

Hello, I'm Delen! I’m insufferably curious, and my motto is to leave the world a better place than you found it.

I was a professional journalist for a decade covering government, politics, public safety and other beats in multiple states before transitioning into public relations. I was lucky enough to land at the City of North Las Vegas, Nevada’s third-largest city, where I spent nine years as a senior administrator serving the people and businesses of Nevada.

I now live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and work remotely across the country for various organizations. I finally have some work-life balance, and I am enjoying the beach life with my two incredible sons. In my downtime, I like to travel, try new restaurants, cook and learn new things!
